Summary
This site has one contact form and no accounts. The form sends what you type to the studio's inbox as one email, and nowhere else. The site keeps no database and no trackers. Its host keeps standard server logs. It also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Krtiv Labs LLP is responsible for this site.
What this site collects
The site's host keeps server logs for security and operations. Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views and basic, aggregated information about visits, such as the page, the referring site, the country, and the browser.
The contact form
The form asks what you are working on, how you would like to work, what should change, your timing, your name and your email, and optionally a company or link. It collects only what you type.
It is used for one thing: to reply to you and to discuss any work that follows. Your answers are sent as a single email, through Cloudflare, to the studio inbox. They are not stored by this site: there is no database, and the message is kept only in that inbox, for as long as the studio keeps its email. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
To limit spam, the form uses a hidden field, a timer, and a limit of five sends per hour for each visitor. The limit counts a scrambled form of your IP address for one hour and then forgets it. There are no trackers on the form, and nothing you type reaches analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts a visit to this page the same way as any other page.
Messages sent to hello@tirva.design are forwarded to the studio's inbox, where the founder reads them. They are used to reply to you and to discuss any work that follows. They are not sold or shared for marketing.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask what the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@tirva.design. The data controller is Krtiv Labs LLP, Hyderabad, India.
