What does a UX audit include?

A UX audit reviews a product, or one journey through it, against usability principles, accessibility requirements, and your business goals. It combines an expert walkthrough, your analytics, and user testing if needed. The output is a ranked list of problems, each with evidence and a fix.

When does a startup need a design system?

When the same components are designed twice, or engineers keep asking which version is right. Before that, a short style guide and a shared component library are enough. A system pays off once several people ship interface work every week, and it is sized to your stage.

How do you design the UX of an AI feature?

Start with what the user is trying to get done and how they will judge the result. Then design for what AI products get wrong: expectations, sources, uncertain answers, and easy correction. Test prototypes on real tasks early, because AI behavior is hard to judge from static screens.

Can you guarantee a higher checkout conversion rate?

No. Conversion depends on traffic, pricing, product, and implementation, so an honest audit can't promise a number. The studio can find the friction most likely to cost you orders, design alternatives, and help you test them against your own data.
